The Challenge
A health-tech company was generating enormous volumes of patient outcome data but had no effective way to analyse it. Reports were produced manually using Excel, taking days to complete and often containing errors that affected clinical decision-making.
Our Solution
We built a modern data platform from scratch: an ingestion layer using Apache Kafka, a transformation layer with dbt on BigQuery, and a real-time dashboard in Looker. The solution included predictive models that surface early warning signals directly in the operational interface.
